According to what is actually known, the custom design of the engineering construction
assume a preliminarily achievement of the pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, and after that
follow-up, on this basis, the realization of the properly technical project.
This work supposes the accomplishment of a preliminarily phase, named the "The study
the map" where maps and topographical plans it will be utilized according to the relief of
terrain 1 :20000 . . . 1 : 100000 for the plane lands and 1:5000 . . . 1 :20000 for the hilly and
populated zones.
The determination of a communication route is based on the consideration of gradient
angle and the minimum of the groundwork.
The layout axis is named zero axes, and the determination method is called the zero axis
